Vegan Pasta

Ingredients: 

1 cup Naturally Almond
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon yeast
Salt and pepper to taste
4.2 ounces of pasta
1/2 Spoonful of lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Cook garlic until browned
  2. Cook and drain pasta
  3. Add 1 cup Naturally Almond
  4. Add salt and pepper
  5. Mix in a blender the yeast and lemon juice
  6. Serve on pasta al dente
